I don't post much here these days, (although a lot more than I thought I would when I "retired"), but I am concerned about the health and safety of those still reading. So when I stumble upon a highly educational and stimulating video on CPR, well, I have to pass that along. I swear I could pass an EMT test I've watched it so often

i appreciate your concern for my wellbeing and for the educational value of the video. i'll be sure to do cpr just like that when i do the st. john's ambulance course in first aid and cpr for work. they should be suitably impressed.
Next time I need CPR, remind me to strip down to my underwear first. I had no idea that was so essential until you posted this informational public service announcement!

I've been trying to drag Ty to CPR class for months.
